Client Responsibilities

Service Limitations

  • We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription services
  • Emergency medical situations require immediate professional medical attention
  • Services may be limited by client condition, safety, or caregiver availability
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services for safety reasons

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due according to the agreed schedule
  • We accept insurance, private pay, and other approved payment methods
  • Late payment fees may apply as specified in your service agreement
